"Very Poor working due to uneducated staff for claim processing. They raise query (thrice in my case) for a bill to be submitted, that too when it was submitted with claim. No screening on irrelevant queries by any one. The worst thing is that, even after raising service request with a Service Request Id and writing to GRO no oneat the company is bothered . The company is unable to understand 5-6 bills submitted for reimbursement in November. They have raised queries thrice, despite having all the papers with them. Why? Because there is no check on idiotic queries. Who cares, even if you are hassled. The advertisement on TV angers a lot. How do they prey the customers. No one reads your correspondence, even if you write to GRO. Shame. Keep doing like this. More reviews like this are coming your way."

The language used was shockingly offensive and completely lacks the professional ethics expected of a financial services firm. If this company treats prospective clients with such hostility and disrespect before a policy is even signed, they cannot be trusted to act with integrity during a claim.
